Among the illnesses that this early morning ritual can treat are diabetes, high blood pressure, constipation, gastritis, and tuberculosis.
Health experts claim that diabetic patients should "allow 30 days" to see positive results from drinking the desired amount of water every day after they wake up.
For those with gastritis and constipation, give it 10 days for the results to show. Meanwhile, for TB patients, experts say, give the morning habit 90 days to show improvement in your condition.
